style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;En los años 70, la esferodinamia o actualmente llamada fitball, fue incorporada en los programas de terapia física en Suiza. Treinta años después, la práctica de ejercicios físicos con una esfera o pelota, es dada por profesores de diversas disciplinas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;La esferodinamia o fitball es un ejercicio seguro y efectivo y sobre todo de bajo impacto. Esto último significa que puede incluirse en un mismo programa personas de distintos niveles y de todas las edades. Se caracteriza por incrementar la movilidad articular.&lt;br /&gt;Un gran número de individuos sufre de dolores en las zonas de las vértebras lumbares y cervicales. Puede hacerse de manera estática o dinámica (acompañada de música). Sus diversas posiciones (pronosupinación -boca abajo-, supinación –boca arriba- o lateral –de costado-) toma como eje las distintas articulaciones: Caderas, hombros, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cómo elegirla&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Una fitball a la hora de elegir el tamaña hay que probarla, tal como si fuese un par de zapatos. Es necesario sentarse sobre ella y fijarse que el ángulo lateral que formen las piernas entre caderas, rodillas y tobillo sea de 90 grados. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span Estas no poseen estructuras diferentes desde el punto de vista de la vulnerabilidad. Las cualidades a desarrollar son: la resistencia aeróbica, la fuerza resistencia, la velocidad (técnica de carrera), y la flexibilidad global.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Periodo preparatorio de Preparación Especifica&lt;/strong&gt;: Se realizará a un volumen relativamente menor que en el periodo anterior y la intensidad será mucho más alta.
